How do I pick up beef in Bellevue?
Order online and choose the Hailey window at checkout. We're in the Grocery Outlet parking lot in Hailey, a few minutes north, every other Tuesday from 5:30–6:00 PM. Through Christmas those dates are Oct 27, Nov 10 and 24, and Dec 8 and 22. Our weekly Twin Falls window is still available if a date doesn't fit.
How far is Spring Lake Cattle from Bellevue?
Our ranch is in Rupert, about 70 minutes south — but the beef comes to you. The Hailey stop is a few minutes up Highway 75, every other Tuesday. You're welcome at the ranch too if you'd rather collect it there.
Can I pick up beef during ski season?
Yes — the Hailey stop runs every other Tuesday right through the winter, ski season included. It is a Tuesday evening, 5:30–6:00 PM, not a weekend, so plan around the date rather than the ski day. Order ahead, drive a few minutes north, and the cuts come vacuum-sealed and frozen solid for the short trip back into Bellevue.
