How do I pick up beef in Sun Valley?
Order online and choose the Hailey window at checkout. We bring orders to the Grocery Outlet parking lot in Hailey every other Tuesday, 5:30–6:00 PM — a short drive down the valley. Through Christmas those dates are Oct 27, Nov 10 and 24, and Dec 8 and 22. The weekly Twin Falls window remains an option if the dates don't suit.
How far is Spring Lake Cattle from Sun Valley?
The ranch is in Rupert, about 90 minutes south, but you don't need to make that trip. We come up to Hailey every other Tuesday, which puts your pickup a few minutes away instead of an hour and a half. Visitors are welcome at the ranch if you'd like to see the herd.
Can I pick up beef during ski season?
Absolutely — the Hailey stop runs every other Tuesday right through the season, so there's no drive over to the Magic Valley and no weather to plan around. Many Sun Valley homes still order quarterly and collect a few months of beef at once; it rides home vacuum-sealed and frozen solid.
