How it works
Format
Sixty 1-lb vacuum-sealed packs of 95.5%-lean Piedmontese ground beef.
Pickup
Add to cart, choose a weekly pickup window in Twin Falls, Burley, or Rupert, and collect it frozen. Bring a cooler — 60 lb is a full freezer shelf.
Storage
Keep frozen until 24 hours before use; thaw a pack in the fridge overnight. Sealed packs hold their quality for months.
